At Momcozy, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in our fashion collection. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package over to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
